STARION
Starion, a maker of document management systems, turned to Ritchey Associates for help in introducing its System 1800: a standalone, turnkey desktop system utilizing laser-based optical disc technology to maximize storage capabilities. Ritchey Associates conducted focus groups and prepared and implemented a comprehensive communications plan supporting the product launch.
Result: Starion is currently in beta test and continues to expand its
 dealer network.
