DINERS CLUB
When Ritchey Associates began working with Diners Club, the preferred
credit card company was faced with the challenge of increasing overall
charge volume by increasing add-on card membership.
Ritchey Associates created and tested a variety of concepts highlighting
the benefits of a Diners Club "Family Card" and, based on an analysis of
the research, created and launched a successful direct mail piece.

Result: The direct mail piece created by Ritchey Associates exceeded
response rates of previous "control" direct mail solicitations.
